With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK’s biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands such as adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge, and Domino’s Pizza, we receive more than 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Partnerships team.

Our dynamic Partnerships team focuses on building and developing relationships with merchant partners. Reporting to an Account Director, the Account Manager will oversee a range of high‑potential accounts, identifying ways to maximise revenue and deliver innovative solutions that meet partner objectives.

The role requires an experienced and energetic Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and account management, and in‑depth experience and existing relationships across a wide variety of retailers. The hybrid role is based in our London office with some travel required to visit clients and attend industry events.


Key responsibilities

* Forge strong relations with retailers featured on VoucherCodes.co.uk to deliver mutual business objectives
* Own a medium‑ to large‑sized advertiser portfolio of important retailers as well as a few new business accounts
* Act as the first point of contact for your portfolio of retailers, networks and agencies, responding to requests and concerns in a timely manner
* Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying to closing new retailer/brand relationships
* Strive to achieve quarterly revenue targets
* Attend client meetings independently to review performance and secure strong commercial packages
* Contribute to and participate in the pitching of new products and/or services from VoucherCodes.co.uk to new retailers, advertisers and media partners
* Analyse past campaign performance and present findings to partners to secure repeat bookings and enhance long‑term relationships
* Perform administrative duties, such as recording agreed exclusive codes and exposure packages and adhering to all financial or legal processes


Job requirements

* 2+ years relevant experience in online media sales or business development
* Good understanding of affiliate marketing
* Good understanding of social media
* Confident and articulate, with excellent communication skills
* Self‑motivated and pragmatic – works well to targets and takes responsibility for multiple deliverables and projects independently and as part of a team
* Persuasive – able to convince retailers and networks to provide VoucherCodes with the very best deals
* Tenacious and resilient – overcomes setbacks quickly and identifies new approaches when required
* Comfortable presenting opportunities face to face and virtually, and meeting new clients at networking events
* Good numeracy skills – competent working with numbers and more complex statistical data
* Super organised – able to multitask and thrive working towards targets and deadlines
* Commercially savvy
