The role
* Supporting a specialist Court of Protection team on a broad range of matters
* Assisting with applications, reports and preparation of key legal documentation
* Gaining exposure to both advisory and more contentious, litigation-style work within the Court of Protection sphere
* Liaising with clients, families, medical professionals and external bodies in a sensitive and professional manner
* Working closely with wider private client teams where matters overlap
* Assisting with file management, case progression and day-to-day administration
* Getting involved in a variety of tasks, offering a genuinely hands‑on learning environment

You
* A genuine interest in Court of Protection and working with vulnerable clients
* Background as a law graduate, career changer or existing paralegal within a legal environment
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
* A team player who is keen to learn and develop within a specialist area
