Role/Purpose
The purpose of this role is to manage and successfully deliver several high-profile projects that are part of the Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Improvement Plan. To support the MD’s vision of enhancing CEM’s processes.
You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and work with the Commercial Director to develop additional income streams for the business.
Success will be measured by delivering projects within budget, on time, to scope, and with quality, ensuring full acceptance by relevant business areas and smooth operational transition.
The projects should be delivered using standard project management techniques, with effective planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk/issue management throughout.
Relationships
Key relationships include:
* CEM MD as the main sponsor of the Improvement Plan
* Key stakeholders such as Directors and Heads of functions
* Group ICT Team as stakeholders and key delivery resources
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Identify and score projects
* Plan projects and define scope
* Define deliverables, tasks, and sequence (dependency management)
* Execute and control projects
* Handover and close projects
* Manage project resources
* Track and report progress
Conditions of Work
The base location is Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire, with occasional travel within the UK to Lodges or suppliers.
Standard hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, with an hour for lunch. Flexibility to work additional hours during critical periods is expected.
About You
* Strong knowledge of project management processes and the property management industry
* Experience in managing complex projects
* Skills in planning, organizing, and budgeting
* PRINCE2 qualification is preferred
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and focus on delivery
