Location: Coleshill, Hams Hall Salary: £13 per Hour Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm Shift: Week 1: 6:00am-14:30pm, Week 2: 11:30am-20:00pm We are currently seeking a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Truck Driver who also holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift License to join our clients dynamic and growing warehouse team. Key Responsibilities: Operating a VNA forklift to pick and store goods at height in narrow racking systems Using a counterbalance truck to load/unload deliveries and support wider warehouse operations Safely moving stock within a fast-paced distribution environment Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults Following all health and safety procedures at all times Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Requirements: Valid VNA license ( RTITB or ITSSAR accredited ) Valid Counterbalance license ( RTITB or ISR accredited ) Proven warehouse/forklift experience (ideally 1+ year in both roles) Good attention to detail and awareness of safety in narrow-aisle operations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Please click the link to apply or contact our Birmingham branch to hear more about the role...
