Job Summary
Bespoke Stairlifts are seeking an experienced Logistics Assistant to support smooth daily operations. The role includes coordinating shipments, keeping inventory accurate, preparing paperwork, and working closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure everything runs efficiently.
This role is based at: Bespoke Stairlifts, Green Park, 20 Wharfedale Road, Bradford BD4 6SG.

Main Responsibilities
• Assist with planning, booking, and tracking shipments, and prepare basic shipping documents.
• Communicate with couriers, transport providers, and internal teams to support smooth deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and handle delivery-related queries.
• Produce simple daily or weekly logistics reports and help improve processes.
• Provide general support across the logistics function and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Essential Skills
• Strong understanding of shipping, transport coordination, and basic export processes.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with professional behaviour and solid IT skills (CRM experience ideal).
• Good numeracy and problem-solving abilities, including basic knowledge of customs or international shipping.
