You will be responsible for electrical compliance maintenance across tenanted and void properties, contributing to a professional and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct day-to-day repairs in tenanted properties
· Repair and install lighting, sockets, switches, and extractor fans
· Participate in rotational emergency callouts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation
· Relevant qualifications including 2365 and AM2; Level 3 Electrical Installation preferred
· Full driver's license and willingness to travel within an hour
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
· Willingness to mentor apprentices and trainees, supporting team development
