What is the role
Leading from the front in a hands-on role managing a team of 6 Enterprise new business solutions sellers.
This is a key leadership position responsible for team building and executing the sales strategy.
Coaching and motivating your team, getting close to deals and supporting salespeople – ideal for a Sales Leader who enjoys the execution aspect of sales.
Essential experience required
Experience managing a team selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises. SaaS experience is preferred but not essential.
Consistently achieved targets in at least 4 out of the last 5 years.
Outstanding leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years experience leading enterprise sales teams focused on new business development.
