Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid
Basic Salary: £28,500 per annum

Within QA, we have two customers: our colleagues (internal) and the public (external). Delivering fair outcomes and clear, supportive communication is at the heart of everything we do.
This role is about more than monitoring quality – it’s about becoming a trusted partner across the business. You’ll work closely with revenue‑generating teams and key stakeholders to deliver meaningful insight, drive improvements, and ultimately ensure great outcomes for our customers while protecting the business from risk.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit phone‑based activity in line with company and FCA requirements.
* Document observations and provide evidence‑based feedback.
* Coach and support colleague development through face‑to‑face, phone, or written feedback.
* Collaborate with revenue‑generating teams to deliver insights and drive improvements.
* Ensure clear, supportive communication to protect the business from risk.
