We are delighted to be partnering with The Brain Tumour Charity to recruit a Challenge Events Officer. The Brain Tumour Charity is bold, ambitious, and community-first — united by a mission to accelerate a cure and improve life for those impacted by this devastating disease.
As Challenge Events Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-performing portfolio of challenge and third-party events, from flagship national moments like the London Marathon, Great North Run and Royal Parks Half Marathon, through to a growing pipeline of innovative fundraising opportunities. You’ll provide exceptional stewardship to supporters, build meaningful long-term relationships, and work closely with event providers to ensure a first-class experience for every participant.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience delivering challenge or fundraising events
* Strong relationship building skills and a passion for excellent supporter stewardship
* The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and communicate confidently
* Experience working with a CRM to steward supporters and track engagement
* A collaborative, energetic approach and enthusiasm for the charity’s mission
