Trainer - FMCG - Permanent - €40k-€50k
MCS Group is working with a well-established manufacturing business in Co. Monaghan to recruit a Trainer. This permanent, on-site role will see you work closely with operations and HR to deliver engaging and compliant training across a busy production environment.
The Role
* Deliver induction training, SOPs, and refresher courses (First Aid, PPE, Allergens, FLT, etc.)
* Design and update training programmes and materials to ensure clarity and compliance
* Assess training needs, identify gaps, and develop solutions to support operational performance
* Maintain training records, track compliance, and prepare reports for management
* Work closely with production teams to embed best practice and support skills development
* Coordinate with external trainers and training bodies when required
* Prepare for and participate in external audits
* Represent the business at training-related events and career fairs
The Candidate
* Manufacturing experience (food sector highly desirable)
* Confident communicator who can engage diverse teams
* Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously
* Experience with audit preparation and training systems an advantage
* Train the Trainer qualification desirable
The Package
* €40,000-€50,000
* 20 days annual leave + 10 statutory days
