Job Description:
From the City Fringe, Brick Lane and Whitechapel to Canary Wharf and the River, it’s all happening here in Tower Hamlets. With its unique history, Tower Hamlets has an exceptionally vibrant and diverse community.
Adult Social Care in Tower Hamlets offers a variety of opportunities to steer your career in the desired direction. We are currently undertaking a significant programme of change to deliver quality standards of practice and are keen for new team members to help advance this effort.
We are a multi-disciplinary team focused on caring for adults aged 18-65 in the Isle of Dogs Neighborhood Mental Health Team area of Tower Hamlets, who have severe and enduring mental health problems. The team provides early assessment, comprehensive treatment programmes, and ongoing care for clients. The objectives are to assist recovery, reduce relapse and hospital admissions, and enable individuals to remain at home, thereby improving their quality of life.
We welcome applications from Approved Mental Health Professionals but will also consider experienced Social Workers willing to undertake training for this role.
