This role focuses on managing inside sales activities, nurturing customer accounts, generating new business leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will also support broader sales initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nHandling inside sales and lead generation to drive business growth\n\nManaging and developing customer accounts\n\nProviding exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships\n\nCollaborating with the sales team to meet company targets\n\nSupporting sales operations and contributing to process improvements\n\nQualifications:\n\nProven experience in inside sales and lead generation\n\nStrong customer service and account management skills\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\n\nAbility to work effectively in an on-site environment\n\nExperience or knowledge of materials manufacturing or related industries is advantageous but not essential\n\nSalary and Benefits:\n\nCompetitive salary up to £35,000 per annum\n\nStandard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (shifts within these hours), totaling 37.5 hours per week\n\nProfit share scheme paid annually based on company profitability\n\nIf you’re an enthusiastic sales professional looking to join a dynamic and growing business, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
