The Role
As Business Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B food manufacturing customers, from household names to ambitious innovators. Your role will be all about solution-based selling:
* Building relationships across procurement, NPD and technical teams.
* Creating joint business plans and spotting new growth opportunities.
* Negotiating commercially sound, profitable agreements.
* Delivering long-term value through tailored ingredient solutions.
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to make an impact, with the autonomy to shape your accounts while backed by a strong UK operation.
About You
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, solutions-driven account manager who:
✔ Has a proven track record of profitable sales growth in B2B food manufacturing.
✔ Brings 5+ years’ account management experience in ingredients, flavours, seasonings or related categories.
✔ Understands how to sell value, not just volume.
✔ Loves food and has curiosity about where ingredients make the difference.
✔ Is confident presenting to senior stakeholders, negotiating complex deals, and working closely with technical colleagues.
✔ Thrives in a home-based role with regular travel.
