About the role…
As Customer Services Advisor you will play a key role in delivering an excellent experience to residents, applicants, and partners across our housing services.
You will deliver responsive, empathetic front‑line service across a range of channels. You will use multiple IT systems to manage enquiries, update records and support effective service delivery, while working proactively to improve processes and the customer experience.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across housing, repairs, finance and other teams you will contribute to a supportive and reliable team environment. This role requires accuracy, flexibility and a commitment to following policies and maintaining compliance with housing regulations.
About you
We are looking for a Customer Services professional with confidence in using a wide range of IT systems, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing responsive, high‑quality support.
You will be comfortable learning new systems quickly and using technology to manage information efficiently and accurately.
A strong team player you will build positive, effective working relationships and bring a customer‑focused, calm and solution‑driven approach to your work. You will be willing to take ownership, show initiative and actively contribute to continuous improvement, helping to enhance services and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
