Overview
An opportunity has arisen with City Health Dental Services for a hands‑on training role for a Trainee Dental Nurse. This role includes a day at Hull College to attain an NEBDN qualification, allowing progression to a Band 3 position. It is a fully clinical chairside assistant to a Dental Practitioner within a busy dental practice.
Responsibilities
* Provide chairside assistance to the dental practitioner during procedures.
* Support clinical procedures and manage instruments.
* Assist in patient preparation and post‑operative care.
* Participate in training sessions and maintain professional development requirements.
Qualifications
* English and Maths GCSEs A‑C.
* Immunisations completed.
* Manual dexterity, empathy, and a calm demeanor.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with resilience.
* Willingness to cover East Riding sites on rotation and travel flexibly.
* Forward‑thinking positive attitude and keenness to learn and grow as part of a team.

* Location coverage includes East Riding sites; regular rotation.
