Planning Solicitor – Leeds I'm working with a well-regarded and growing regional law firm based in Leeds, to recruit an ambitious Planning Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in planning law who’s looking to join a firm known for its supportive culture, quality client base and strong regional presence. The Role: You'll be joining a Planning team which is ripe for growth but also established. The work is varied and high-quality, covering: Advising developers, landowners and commercial clients on planning and highways matters Drafting and negotiating section 106 and section 278 agreements Representing clients in planning appeals and enforcement issues Supporting transactional property and development work with planning advice Advising on CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy), environmental impact and lawful development certificates There’s scope here to carve out a clear position in the team, with autonomy over your own files but support where needed. You’ll also play a key role in business development and maintaining client relationships. About You We're keen to speak to Planning Solicitors with: At least 2 years’ PQE in planning law (more senior candidates also welcomed) Experience working with developers, housebuilders, or local authorities A commercial mindset and strong communication skills A genuine interest in growing a career in a regional firm with real values What’s on Offer?
