Role Overview
As a Trainee Care Assistant, you will begin a rewarding career supporting individuals with their daily lives while learning how to deliver high quality, person centred care. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. Working alongside experienced team members, you will assist with daily routines including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support. You will learn how to follow care plans, recognise changes in wellbeing and provide care that promotes dignity, independence and comfort.
