Service Technician
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and horticultural machinery for customers within the assigned area, ensuring high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose faults using modern software and carry out repairs and maintain agricultural and horticultural equipment
Safely lift and handle machinery using appropriate tools
Provide excellent customer service in a face-to-face environment
Liaise with customers and suppliers as required
Follow all health and safety proceduresExperience Needed:
Proven experience in agricultural machinery maintenance/repair
Good general health and fitness
Full clean UK driving licence
Additional Details:
Location: Suffolk
Hours: 39 hrs/week. Overtime paid at 1.5x after 39 hours
