About the Role
You will be responsible for the following:
* Assisting the senior leadership team with staffing and operational oversight.
* Providing an efficient, client‑focused and proactive service to meet client needs.
* Owning relationships relating to outsourcing services with a significant portfolio of clients.
* Ensuring wider stakeholder awareness of client activity when other firm teams are also serving those clients.
* Coaching more junior members to develop their client‑management skills.
* Acting as mentor and appraiser for junior team members.
* Managing the financial relationship with clients (recovery, debtors, work‑in‑progress).
* Ensuring the company’s risks are managed appropriately.

Qualifications
* Qualified member of an accounting body with eligibility for a practising certificate or equivalent.
* Experience in a practice environment with client‑facing responsibilities within the last five years.
