Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the OL9 area. We are currently seeking confident and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to cover PPA sessions across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 starting this September.
This role is ideal for a skilled TA3 who is eager to step up and take on more classroom responsibility—without the demands of full planning.
Key Duties:
* Leading lessons from pre-prepared plans during teacher PPA time
* Supporting pupil engagement and learning across all subjects
* Promoting positive behaviour and managing the classroom effectively
* Collaborating with teachers to meet learning goals
What We’re Looking For:
* A relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience confidently delivering full-class sessions
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Flexibility and adaptability across different key stages
* A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Job Details:
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
* Pay: Competitive daily rates, based on experience
