The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Quantitative team. You will play a key role in investment analysis, portfolio performance, and development strategy, supporting decision-making across a diverse real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, and capital structuring
* Conduct investment analysis (IRR, NPV, sensitivity, risk modelling)
* Analyse portfolio performance (NOI, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.)
* Support debt, treasury, and hedging strategies
* Prepare investment memos, reports, and stakeholder presentations
* Perform market research, valuations, and feasibility studies
* Identify underperforming assets and recommend improvements
* Collaborate cross-functionally with development and investment teams
What We’re Looking For
* Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Background in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or similar
* Experience with financial modelling and data analysis
* Ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
