Sales Manager Trade Mastermind (B2B Education & Events)
Location: Peterborough HQ
Salary: £75,000 base + £150,000 OTE (uncapped)
Package: Car allowance, monthly bonuses, attendance & sales overrides, private health, pension, fast-track to Head of Sales
Responsibilities
* Lead and scale the outbound telesales division focused on driving bookings for our £97 Discovery Days, training events and introductory programmes.
* Take full ownership of performance, team development and revenue output.
* Increase outbound activity, improve conversion rates and boost event attendance.
* Coach daily, conduct call reviews, optimise performance and build a high-energy, competitive telesales culture.
* Refine sales scripts, strengthen KPIs, and introduce robust reporting processes.
* Collaborate with RevOps and work directly with the CEO to scale the division.
* Recruit new representatives as the team grows and identify future leaders.
* Build a structured training and onboarding framework to support ongoing performance improvement.
Qualifications
* Experienced Telesales Manager or Inside Sales Leader with a proven track record of managing outbound teams, driving KPIs, improving conversions and creating a motivated, high-performing environment.
* Confident with scripts, objection handling, data-driven decision-making and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth sales settings.
* Experience in B2B, events, education or construction is an advantage but not essential.
