This role involves a mix of property refurbishment, loft-based insulation work, and support with pest control services. Responsibilities
* Assist with property refurbishment projects, including general building tasks
* Carry out loft insulation work and related duties
* Support internal pest control services (rats and mice) as required
* Operate company vehicles for site visits and material transport
* Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and compliance
* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
* Perform general duties as directed to support wider operations
Requirements
* Over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes – van driving eligibility)
* Clean UK driving licence
* Insulation experience desirable; general building knowledge essential
* Comfortable working in loft spaces and varied property environments
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Good communication skills and professional conduct
* DBS check required (due to client and site sensitivities)
Remuneration
