We are currently looking for a Team Leader Admin to work in a fast‑paced and very customer‑focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable, and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will ideally have administration experience in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Booking in deliveries.
* Admin and accounts.
* Deal with credits and invoicing.
* Consult with suppliers regarding invoicing discrepancies.
* Request credits with supplies.
* Other general office duties.
* Cashing and banking.
* Stock taking.
Qualifications
* Good attention to detail.
* Methodical and able to work at pace.
* Ability to work to procedures.
* Good communicator.
* Computer literate with good Excel skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Flexible and trustworthy.
* Alphabetically and numerically literate.
