Overview
We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our client’s site within Cambridge, focused on the front of house team to ensure all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.
The position involves working in the front of house team on the ground floor, ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted, emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with, and handling any additional queries from visitors. There are also administrative duties involved.

Salary: £14ph - £16ph
Contract: 22nd to 24th September
Responsibilities
* Ensure a five* service is delivered by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
* Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and appropriately
* Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox
* Deal with any queries from occupiers or workers
* Sign in visitors and assist with directions
* Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
* Ensure the front of house area is immaculately presented; replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy

* Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
* Extremely well presented (own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes; tie for male)
* Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients
