These roles are ideal for individuals with experience working with children or vulnerable adults who are passionate about supporting learning and development within a school environment. The role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the school, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Working alongside the class teacher and wider support staff, you will assist with lessons, deliver small-group interventions and provide 1:1 support where required. Schools are looking for calm, reliable and proactive individuals who are committed to helping children thrive academically and emotionally.
