Introduction Full-time or Part-time Opportunity Salary: FTE $75,000 superannuation About the role Are you an experienced hospitality, housekeeping, or cleaning professional with a passion for maintaining high standards and supporting a service-focused team? The South Pacific Division (SPD) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is seeking a Hospitality Services Supervisor to help deliver high-quality cleaning, housekeeping, and accommodation services across the Wahroonga Estate. This role is predominantly hands-on, working alongside the cleaning team to maintain offices, communal areas, and short-stay accommodation to a consistently high standard. You will also assist with coordinating day-to-day operations, including staff rostering, task allocation, training, and monitoring cleaning quality through regular inspections. In addition, you will help manage linen and cleaning supplies, report maintenance or safety issues, and support the smooth turnover of accommodation at The Quarters. Through your work, you will contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. About you We are looking for an experienced housekeeping or hospitality professional with hands-on cleaning and supervisory skills. You will have: A commitment to the teachings, values, and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality services, ideally in short-stay or serviced accommodation. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards, with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards. Strong organisational skills to coordinate tasks, manage rosters, and prioritise workloads effectively. Ability to supervise, train, and support a small team while contributing hands-on to daily cleaning operations. Physical stamina and fitness to perform cleaning duties safely, including lifting, moving furniture, and working at heights. Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents, guests, and team members.
