We are looking for a part time Specialist Support Officer to provide a full, effective and confidential administrative support service to the Hartlepool Independent Reviewing Officers, who sit within the Quality and Review Service. This is a permanent role. Hartlepool is a vibrant and energetic town with growing prospects, as an authority we want to make Hartlepool the best it possibly can be and want dedicated, driven and committed staff to help us achieve that.
This role will require you to be an experienced administrator, preferably having worked in Children’s Services. We are looking for someone with a good telephone manner, someone who has experience of interacting with the public and professionals and someone who has an exemplary work ethic in terms of attendance, performance and attitude. The applicant needs to have excellent planning and organizational skills with experience of minute taking.
