Are you an experienced Pipeline Technician looking for a new challenge? In this position will be responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of the Transmission South Pipeline System. You will be working in a team environment, based in Savona or Hope, BC. #joinourteam
What you will do
* Responsible for the servicing, reliability and integrity of the Pipeline and/or Field Services Systems.
* General pipeline duties and maintenance.
* Be capable of working all Unifor 4960 shift.
* Perform maintenance/operations activities and housekeeping.
Who you are
You have the following qualifications and skills:
Required:
* High School Diploma
* Pipeline experience – Pigger, or Valve Service
* Ground Disturbance Level 2 (or to obtain GD2 within first 60 days)
* Valid driver’s license.
* Undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to 5 year driving record, criminal check and drug testing.
* Strong focus on safety.
Preferred:
* Experience with Corrosion integrity digs on hot lines
* 5+ Years of Ground Disturbance Level Two
* Line Locating Certification
* AMPP Coating Inspector Level1
* NDE Inspector Experience
* Welder Inspector
* SWP Permit training
* Knowledge of Enbridge SOP’s
