We are seeking a proactive and professional Administrator to provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the partners and wider management team. Acting as the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long term planning required within property ownership and management. As part of a compact team the role will include the following.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming & outgoing correspondence
* Telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
* Smooth running of the office environment
* Financial control of expenditure to all external suppliers, service teams and support organisations
* Accurate filing and document controls
* Monitor client accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
* Reconciliation of client accounts
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports to accountants.
* Organising correspondence / documents
* Social media and marketing program as required
* Maintenance of vehicle, property and company insurance polices
* Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed

Desirable:
* Previous administrative experience
* Previous Construction or property related knowledge would be beneficial
* A relevant qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Customer Service)
* Knowledge of office protocols and business operations
