Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct three comprehensive assessments per day, evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on assessment findings
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices
* Provide clear explanations to clients regarding the assessment process and outcomes
* Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Criteria
* Hold a valid license to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor
* Be fully registered with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC)
* At least one year of post-registration experience
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Valid driving license or access to reliable transport
* Ability to pass a government Baseline Personnel Security Standard vetting, including a DBS or Access NI check
