We're working with a lovely, well‑established two‑form entry primary school in Horsham who are seeking a confident Year 4 Class Teacher to join them from Easter. The school is easily accessible by public transport and has a warm, welcoming ethos with strong teamwork across the year groups.

* Full‑time Year 4 Class Teacher
* Easter start (Interviews taking place at the beginning of the new term)

Who They're Looking For
This role is not open to ECTs. The school is looking for a teacher who can confidently hit the ground running.
You should have:
* Strong experience teaching in Key Stage 2
* Good SEN knowledge and a track record of supporting a range of needs
* Confident understanding of phonics and effective, engaging delivery
* A calm, nurturing approach with high expectations for every child
* Fantastic communication skills and a team‑focused mindset
