With our Client, we are looking to appoint an Import Merchandiser – a proactive character who can work with some of the largest high street retailers in the UK.
This is NOT a visual Merchandising role – it is a role for someone who can be involved end to end with getting a product to store – tracking orders, liaising with factories, liaising with packaging designers, etc.
What you can expect as the Import Merchandiser:
* Basic salary of £32,000
* Annual performance-related bonus and salary review
* 21 days holiday, rising to 26, plus bank holidays
* Flexible working around core hours, with early finish on Fridays
* Social events
* Free drinks, snacks, pool table, etc.
To be suited to the Import Merchandiser role, you will need:
* 2–3 years of end-to-end merchandising experience, including working with factories, retailers, and designers
* Excellent communication skills, especially face-to-face in meetings
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
* Strong Excel skills; training on Navision will be provided
* Organizational and prioritization skills
* A proactive solution-oriented attitude
