About the role
Beyond Talent Solutions is partnering with a respected organisation to appoint a Temporary Planning Administrator. You’ll sit within the Planning Team, working closely with Sales and Operations to keep information flowing, spreadsheets accurate, and plans on track.
What you’ll do
Collate and organise information from multiple sources (orders, schedules, production updates).
Manipulate and maintain spreadsheets (clean data, update trackers, reconcile discrepancies, produce weekly reports).
Bridge communication between Sales and Operations - chasing updates, confirming changes, and ensuring stakeholders have the latest data.
Support planning meetings with timely reporting, action follow-up, and document control.
Maintain accurate records in Excel and (where applicable) ERP/MRP system.
What you’ll bring
Solid Microsoft Excel / spreadsheet manipulation skills
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data quality.
Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and challenge inconsistencies.
Previous admin experience in planning/operations/manufacturing (or similar fast-paced environment) is advantageous.
Able to start quickly and work fully office-based.
The role is open to entry level or graduate candidates also
