About the role:
Acting as the central planning authority, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate evolving inputs into structured, achievable plans that support effective governance and confident decision‑making.
1. Create, manage, and update detailed project schedules
2. Define tasks, durations, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
3. Ensure schedules reflect accurate progress, forecasts, and baselines.
4. Integrate multiple project schedules into programme level or portfolio level plans.
5. Ensure all schedules adhere to PMO standards, frameworks, and reporting cycles.
6. Support project managers with planning best practices and schedule structure.
7. Contribute to PMO reviews, stage gate processes, and quality assurance checks.
8. Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and timeline views for stakeholders.
9. Identify schedule variances, slippage, and potential delivery risks.
10. Support preparation of highlight reports, RAID logs, and PMO reporting packs.
11. Present scheduling insights to Project Managers, Programme Managers, and senior stakeholders.
12. Maintain resource plans and/or supporting tools.
Requirements
13. Experience working with OT projects
14. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (including dependencies, baselines, resource sheets, tracking Gantt views).
15. Understanding of project management methodologies (, PRINCE2, Agile).
16. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
17. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
18. Ability to communicate schedule impacts and insights clearly and confidently.
19. Experience in project controls or PMO environments preferred.
20. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and multiple project managers.
