Job Title: Commercial Water PPM - Field Operations Technician Location: East London & Inner M25 Salary: £41,000 - £47,000 Reports To: Field Operations Manager Purpose: As a Water Hygiene Field Operations Technician, you will oversee planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring timely and compliant completion across various contracts. You'll lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, conduct water hygiene duties (e.g., tank inspections, temperature monitoring, cleaning), and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role is office- and field-based, focusing on compliance, performance, and training. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team to carry out PPM tasks (sampling, dosing, inspections) to closed heating systems and associated plant. Ensure 100% compliance with industry standards and Group guidelines. Monitor operative performance, identify training needs, and implement improvements. Collaborate with admin, account managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of tasks. Handle rescheduling, customer communication, and ensure delivery aligns with service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. Attend monthly meetings with subcontractors for work reconciliation.
