Job Title: Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools Location: Boston Pay Rate: £130 – £180 per day Contract Type: Day-to-day / Short-term / Long-term | Full-time or Part-time GSL Education is currently seeking confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Boston. This role is ideal for qualified teachers, ECTs, or experienced educators who enjoy flexibility while making a real impact in the classroom. As a Supply Teacher, you will be stepping into different school environments, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies Engage students and ensure continuity of learning Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations Provide feedback to departments on student progress and behaviour Support safeguarding and pastoral procedures Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience teaching in UK secondary schools Strong behaviour management and communication skills Flexible, reliable, and professional approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply Why Choose GSL?
