M4 Global Talent are partnered with an AI native logistics and supply chain management technology vendor, who are revolutionising the multi trillion dollar logistics industry and becoming the solution of choice for a range of Fortune 500 companies.


Series A funded, in a short period of time our client has built a global team of 300+ staff and secured 250+ enterprise customers.


We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Director of Sales to lead regional growth and expand the firm’s footprint across the logistics, CPG, retail and Manufacturing sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior sales executive with deep experience in enterprise SaaS, particularly within supply-chain, logistics optimization, transportation management, or related domains.


The role will focus on building and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy, driving new business acquisition, and nurturing key enterprise relationships across the UK market.


Key Responsibilities

* Own and achieve the revenue target for the region, accelerating revenue growth in line with company targets.
* Identify and prioritize target accounts across industries such as retail, e-commerce, 3PL, manufacturing, and transportation.
* Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
* Build a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities through direct outreach, industry events, and partnerships.
* Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, competitive insights, and expansion opportunities.
* Develop long-term executive-level relationships with key customers and industry partners.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Own regional revenue targets and forecast accurately through a disciplined sales methodology.
* Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market feedback to leadership teams.


Key Requirements:


* 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of success in supply-chain, logistics, transportation, or related technology sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to close complex, high value enterprise deals (£500k+).
* Strong network across retail, e-commerce, logistics service providers, and transportation companies in the UK.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* High level of business acumen with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
