We are looking for a proactive individual to join Talbots as a Solicitor for our Corporate & Commercial Team, with at least 8 years’ experience of managing a full caseload of company commercial work for sole traders, partners, directors and shareholders.
As a Solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide variety of business matters including sales, mergers, acquisitions and corporate reconstructions, as well as being actively involved in business development.
