Summary
We are seeking a Kitchen Sales Manager to join our management team to cover the central belt of Scotland. This role is pivotal in guiding Kitchen & Bathroom Designers as well as our clients through the design process of their dream kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards of quality. Appointments are in clients homes, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to their home transformation journey.
About the Sales Role
* Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen and bathroom design needs and preferences.
* Create detailed kitchen designs using CAD software (training provided)
* Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback into final designs.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and appliances for kitchen installations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in kitchen design.
About the management role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving kitchen sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion.
You will be responsible for the day to day performance of a sales team which you will assist in assembling. Then Recruiting, training and motivating the team to hit their individual and team targets.
* Proven track record in kitchen sales or a related home interiors sales environment.
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to read and understand kitchen plans and design layouts.
* Confident negotiator with excellent closing skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Full UK driving licence with own vehicle.

You will report directly to the sales director. The business is growth focused, in a fast paced and positive environment, where all our sales representatives and managers works closely with each other for the success of the business to delight our clients and give them excellent service.

You will need:

* Proven experience as a Luxury Kitchen and bathroom Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
