About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Urban Drainage Modeller to support a strong pipeline of urban drainage and wastewater projects on a contract basis. This role will focus on technical delivery while also providing leadership and mentoring to junior members of the modelling team.
The position offers exposure to complex, high-profile modelling programmes across both public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical delivery of urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects
Manage project tasks in line with agreed scope, programme and budget
Build and verify integrated catchment models
Engage with client technical teams and key stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior modellers
Support quality assurance and control processes
Contribute to the development of improved modelling processes and tools
What Our Client is Looking For:
Strong experience in urban drainage and wastewater modelling
Proven experience using InfoWorks ICM
Experience in integrated catchment model build and verification
Proficiency in GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS or MapInfo)
Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members
Experience acting as technical lead on modelling projects
Commercial and programme awareness within project delivery
Chartered or near-chartered status (ICE, CIWEM or similar) is advantageous
