At Ganymede, we’re looking for a commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our Derby office - up to Principal level, depending on experience. Our core sectors; civils, infrastructure, water, and transportation are thriving, in demand, and full of opportunity.

The Role

About You
* Experienced 360 recruiter with a proven track record
* Ideally from civils, infrastructure, water, or transportation (or similar sectors)
* Skilled in business development and relationship management
* Motivated by ownership and growth
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
