Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Development: Design and implement growth strategies for Moonmains across online marketplaces (e.g., Net-A-Porter, Farfetch, MatchesFashion), luxury retail stores, and wholesale distributors globally.
* Channel Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with luxury boutiques, department stores, and online platforms to secure prime placement and favorable terms.
* Wholesale Business Growth: Develop wholesale plans, set sales targets, and oversee order management, ensuring optimal SKU assortment, pricing, and margins.
* Retail Activation & Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with retail partners on in-store activations, window displays, and merchandising guidelines reflecting Moonmains’ brand identity.
* E-commerce Optimisation: Advise on online storefronts, digital merchandising, SEO/SEM strategies, and customer experience to boost conversions and average order value.
* Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Monitor global luxury trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform product, marketing, and pricing strategies.
* Brand Ambassador & Events: Represent Moonmains at international trade shows, fashion weeks, and industry events; organize trunk shows, pop-ups, and VIP client meetings.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Design, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives, product launches, inventory planning, and financial goals.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or higher degree is a plus.
* At least 5–7 years’ experience in luxury fashion, with proven success in multi-channel brand growth (online, retail, wholesale).
* Experience building and managing wholesale and retail partnerships in key markets (Middle East, Europe, North America, APAC).
* Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, pricing, and distribution strategies.
* Strong network within luxury retail and wholesale sectors, including buyers, merchandisers, and digital marketplace teams.
