About the Role
A well-established consultancy is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and work towards professional qualification with full APC support.
You will assist experienced surveyors in providing professional advice on property and construction while gradually taking on your own reports and projects. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering professional advice on property and construction projects
Support senior surveyors in preparing reports and surveys
Develop skills to take responsibility for your own projects over time
Establish strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
Requirements
Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
Work experience in Building Surveying (placement or industry experience preferred)
Ideally working towards professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, etc.)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
