Job Description: Job Purpose: To start as a daily teacher to then go Perm To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Health and Social Care, ensuring that all learners are supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. The post holder will contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and the wider life of the department, promoting excellence in education and fostering an understanding of the values and principles that underpin health and social care practice. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Teaching and Learning * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care qualifications (e.g. BTEC, OCR, NVQ, or A Level). * Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. * Ensure lessons are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with current curriculum requirements. * Assess, record, and report on students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support. * Promote active learning, critical thinking, and practical application of theory.
