Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service.
* Lead and grow the brunch & breakfast menu, bringing ideas and ensuring high-quality execution.
* Train, coach, and manage staff to deliver consistent food quality and customer service.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Manage rotas, delegate tasks, and supervise staff performance.
* Monitor inventory and place orders to keep the café fully stocked.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team on new brunch specials and seasonal ideas.
* Take day-to-day responsibility for operations, freeing the owner from routine involvement.
Requirements (Must-Have):
* Proven experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
* Hands-on ability with brunch and breakfast items (crepes, coffee, light kitchen work) and able to train others.
* Strong knowledge of brunch trends, food prep, and service standards.
* Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
* Solid understanding of food safety regulations.
* Confident, reliable, and able to take ownership from day one.
