Bank/Casual Support Worker (Adult Learning Disabilities)
Hours: Zero hour contract
Location: Holmfirth (HD9 3TQ)
Salary: £12.31/hr (day shifts) and £12.91/hr (night shifts) *to be reviewed in April 2026 - we always pay more than the NMW.

Bank roles at Hollybank allow additional flexibility that you may not get from a permanent contracted role. You wlil be required to attend a 2 week Trust induction, the dates/times of which are fixed. Please only apply if you are able to attend the induction.
Whilst the role is offered on a 0hr contract basis, there would regularly by 15-40hrs per week on offer depending on your availabliity.
About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll provide daytoday holistic support to adults, following the Trust's intrinsic principles and behaviours. Your work will help individuals maintain independence, feel included in their communities, and enjoy the best possible quality of life. You'll work closely with experienced Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputies, and Registered Managers as part of a dedicated and valuesdriven team.

Previous experience in a care or support setting is not essential, but is preferred. Full training will be provided.
