The Role
The role of Business Advisory Assistant Manager has become available as the business look to add further experience to their ever-growing Business Advisory function.
Our client is in search of an experienced individual with previous experience in handling a client portfolio and staff supervision to come into the business and hit the ground running, displaying considerable technical knowledge, and demonstrating the ability to assume coaching duties for members of the team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Advisory Manager, demonstrating the ability to work in tight cohesion, becoming a key member of the management team with involvement in the day-to-day operation of the team and helping deliver the strategic objectives of the department and wider firm.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for the timely preparation of complex assignments and review of work within an allocated portfolio.
* Offering high levels of support to assistants within the team through the delegation of work, coaching, training, and feedback.
* Supporting assistants with planning of their workloads and developing exemplary time management skills.
* Liaising directly with clients, planning your own workload to meet tight deadlines.
* Demonstrating the ability to build and maintain new and existing relationships.
* Display high-quality communication skills with an ability to offer positive impact and influence on others.
Experience
For the role of Business Advisory Assistant Manager, the below criteria are desired .
* Previous experience of operating within a practice environment.
* Qualified through ICAS/ACCA/AAT or QBE.
