Overview
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to support a business centre environment, handling face‑to‑face, email and phone interactions with centre clients. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm with free parking on site.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration.
* Raising invoices and purchase orders (full training on company software provided).
* Chasing arrears from clients and banking of cheques.
* Maintaining the room booking diary and car parking details.
* Using Excel and Microsoft Office for correspondence and spreadsheets.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a receptionist or customer‑facing role.
* Friendly, professional appearance with excellent telephone manner.
* Flexible attitude and ability to work independently.
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* A clean driving licence and a full CV are required.
