Are you a school Purchase Ledger looking for work in a school environment?It is MANDATORY that applicants have some school Purchase Ledger experience and be proficient in authorisation and timely payment to suppliers. This is a temporary to permanent role and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm.As a School Purchase Ledger your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Managing all outgoing payments for goods and services- Ensuring accurate recording- Authorisation- Timely payment to suppliersYOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
